We simplified adhoc support task pricing by categorizing the types according to the complexity and level of expertise required to get it done.
General Support - 1999 INR/Per Hour*
Troubleshooting - 2499 INR/Per Hour*
New Setup - 2999 INR/Per Hour*
Note:
Prices are hourly and we don't guarantee completion of the work and it is on best effort basis.
Process and advance amount condition are mentioned on Support Request Page.
50% Payment will be Advance, so you pay after every 15 Day of month. In case, not satisfied with service you can stop with just 1 Day notice and we will refund you money after 15% cut of 50%.
General Support - Ideally it is like consulting, getting verification of something, minor helping hand on given task etc. Usually, Lower Experienced person will be deployed.
New Setup - Ideally it is like creating CI/CD Pipeline from scratch, Converting something into Infra as Code either Jenkinsfile or Azure DevOps YAML. Terraform, Packer, Helm all such scratch work comes under this category.
Troubleshooting - We handle any support work that is already setup but not working as expected so we help in troubleshooting and narrow down the RCA and guide you toward the solution. We don't take responsibility in implementing the solution as it can fall under New setup category so prices will get applied as per New Setup rates.
Monthly Pricing - Support hours will be pre discussed and committed and Zielbox Support team will be available only during that time and we don't take any obligation incase of any other unusual circumstances occurs at your end.
